Midwinter camp at Foothold

The weekend 24 & 25 June saw special midwinter celebrations at Foothold for the 75th anniversary of the JHC. The following photos submitted by Mike Stokes reveal the events of the weekend. Gluhwine, soup, 3 different potjies and delicious desserts were to be savoured by all. A bitterly cold night was to follow as can be seen from the ice on the cars and tents.
