The hikes sub committee is enthusiastic about organising as varied a programme as possible,in an effort to suit everyone.

There is no need to book for Sunday hikes - just arrive at the meeting place at Constantia Park at 07h45 on a Sunday morning. Castle Gorge and Foothold are favourites and appear on the programme each month, but be assured it is very unlikely that you will hike the same route month after month as there are endless possibilities and the different leaders have their preferred routes.

At least one week end camp is organised per month as well as quarterly backpacks, ranging from moderate to strenuous.
